Stunning service from the Bneta team. My pet feeder became faulty a week before I travelling for 2 weeks and as such I contacted Bneta in a bit of a panic. George spent a lot of time helping me via Whatsapp with video's and photo's so we can try and diagnose the problem remotely as I live in CT and there would be no time to courier the feeder back and forth. In the end it was concluded that my very old feeder has reached its time. I placed my order for a new feeder on Friday morning and made a note on the order that it is urgent. Excellent service from Disney at BNETA. He really went above and beyond to assist me with my WiFi plugs. It’s refreshing to experience such outstanding after-sales support, especially as it seems so rare these days. We purchased a cat feeder with a camera.The camera and motion detection has allowed us to monitor the cats condition and how much food has been dispensed. The picture quality has been great. We are using this to feed a feral cat while we have been away for six months. The feeder is sitting outdoors under a small roof in high moisture conditions and not a days issue. If there is one brand I could and would recommend to anyone it’s BNETA. The after sales service is outstanding and was 2 years ago when I needed help with our pet feeder too. Recently we received amazing service from George and i will keep buying and recommending their products especially because of this.
