How to Set Up Your Stainless Steel Pet Fountain

Get your pet fountain ready in just a few simple steps for clean, flowing water from day one. Based on the included user manual instructions.

Step 1 — Prepare the Filter

Before installation, soak the activated carbon filter in clean water for approximately 5 minutes. This helps activate the filter and removes excess carbon dust before first use.

Important Notes

• Rinse the filter thoroughly after soaking
• Do not install the filter dry
• Avoid placing dry carbon dust into the fountain

Step 2 — Install the Pump

Place the pump securely into the designated pump area inside the fountain base. Ensure the sponge/filter section is properly aligned around the pump.

Tip:
Make sure the pump sits flat and stable for optimal water flow and quieter operation.

Step 3 — Insert the Filter

Insert the activated carbon filter into the filter housing section above the pump assembly.

This helps:

Step 4 — Add Water

Step 6 — Install the Water Flow Cap

Insert the flower-style water flow attachment into the top center outlet.
