If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know within 14 days and we will gladly collect it at our expense and provide you with a refund provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance.

Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

How do I return an order?

How do I exchange my order?

Please follow the same process as returning an order.   We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible. The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

How long do I have to return an order?

When can I expect my refund?

We will make sure your refund is back in your account within 7 days of receiving your returned product in good order if not sooner.

Will my shipping fees be refunded?

We will fully refund you, including shipping fees in any case of return when a return request is approved. If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse bneta.co.za for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

How will I know that my refund has been processed?

We will send you an email notifying you of your refund as soon as it has been processed. Unfortunately we can’t send you a proof of payment.

I received a broken item. What should I do?

Unfortunately, these kind of things can happen. If you received your order and your item was broken, please contact us on bneta@3dr.co.za or phone us on +27 10 003 7590 within 3 working days. We will do our best to iron out the issue as quickly as possible.

What if the product I bought is faulty?

If within 6 months of purchase, you have used a product and found it to be faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance. In order to make this happen you will need to contact us on bneta@3dr.co.za or phone us on +27 10 003 7590. Some products have longer warranties and these are usually listed on the product page of each relevant product.
